Early December:

December Planting Calendar

Plant the following edibles from 12/1 - 12/14:

  • Seeds: Globe artichokes, beets, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chard, collard greens, endive, kale, head and leaf lettuces, mustard, green onions, peas, radishes, rutabagas, spinach, and turnips 
  • Transplants: Asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, celery, chard, kohlrabi, and head and leaf lettuces
  • Sets: Bulb onions

Plant the following edibles from 12/15 - 12/31:

  • Seeds: Beets, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chard, collard greens, endive, kale, head and leaf lettuces, mustard, green onions, peas, radishes, rutabagas, spinach, and turnips 
  • Transplants: Asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, celery, chard, kohlrabi, and head and leaf lettuces
  • Sets: Bulb onions
