We Will be Fully Open to the Public on Friday, June 5th!
While the County Shelter-in-Place Order remains in effect, as of Friday, June 5, Santa Clara County is allowing in-store shopping at retail stores. We are excited to welcome you back inside our buildings, as well as out in our gardens (which are currently open to the public). We will continue to implement our safety guidelines, outlined below.
- We will be Open 7 Days a week - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Please note that our Cupertino location will be closing early only on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 2:30 p.m.)
- We will continue to offer Home Delivery through our on-line SummerWinds' Boutique.
Welcoming You Back Safely In-Store
Checklist for Entering our Locations:
Wear a protective face covering. This requirement does not apply to children 6 years old and under, or to individuals who have trouble breathing or are unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition.
Stay home if you’re sick, coughing or have a fever
Clean your hands often
Practice 6 ft. of social distancing at all times
Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow
Come with a “Wish List” to help speed up your shopping trip
Limit touch points - only touch products you intend to take with you
Follow posted signs and instructions from our team members
Limit your trip to only 2 members of your household (Service Animals are permitted)
Please pay with Credit or Debit
Restrooms are closed to the public until the entire store has re-opened on Friday, June 5, 2020

Many of our team members have chosen to continue working, while others have decided to Shelter in Place. Both decisions are supported and appreciated by SummerWinds.
It does, however, leave us with a limited number of team members available to serve you. We thank you for your patience, as we continue to do all we can to provide you with the best customers service possible while addressing the challenges presented by COVID-19.
In addition, we are not able to get in all of the merchandise we are accustomed to carrying. We are working with our growers to replenish as much of our stock as possible, based on product availability.
Update on our Return Policy
As a result of COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns at this time...
However, once the Shelter in Place is no longer in effect, we will happily honor our plant guarantee.

If you are a member of our Gardener’s Rewards Club, a physical receipt is not necessary – we will already have a record of your purchase and can look it up for you.
Our Plant Guarantee: Our plants are guaranteed to grow and thrive when using recommended procedures from our staff. If you are not satisfied with any of our products or services, we will gladly exchange, replace or offer a refund (with a receipt).
Landscapers: In trusting your expertise, we do not guarantee commercial or landscape purchases.
